CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
 

If a situation arises and you find you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we request that you call the salon AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to let us know. Notifying us early allows us to accept other clients or people who need to schedule an appointment on short notice. If no one is available, please leave a message on the answering machine.

Repeated no-show clients will require a credit card deposit in advance to schedule further appointments.
